Helsinki, 31/01/2001 (Agence Europe) - Swedish Prime Minister Goran Persson has begun receiving the first contributions from Member States to the preparations of the European Council of Stockholm on 23 and 24 March, which will essentially be devoted to the follow-up to the European Council of Lisbon on 23 and 24 March 2000.
