ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) telecommunications equipment

The Belgian-Norwegian group SAIT-STENTO, specialised in services and the integration of wireless communications for the professional market, acquired for an undisclosed sum the Dutch company TELPRO PLUS. Specialised in the development, design, implementation and maintenance of a wide range of mobile telecommunications equipment, the latter had a turnover of EUR 6 million in 2000.
