The subsidiaries of a Serb company whose capital was frozen drop their legal measures against the European Commission

Luxembourg, 16/01/2001 (Agence Europe) - The French and German subsidiaries of the Serb firm, Invest Import, whose accounts were frozen during the conflict in Kosovo, are dropping their cases before the European courts. They nevertheless intend having the European Commission pay their legal fees, which, according to our sources, is said to dispute this demand. The President of the Court of First Instance (CFI) will have to decide through an order in the weeks to come.
