ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) environment

RHODIA ECO SERVICES, a subsidiary of the French chemicals group RHODIA specialised in environment services, has concluded a partnership agreement in South Korea with ONYX, a cleaning subsidiary of VIVENDI ENVIRONNEMENT, to which it plans to sell the 50% stake that it holds in CHO YANG CHEMICAL INDUSTRIAL. The latter makes an annual turnover of $20 million for 100,000 tonnes of treated waste.
