Commission authorises Sanmina to jointly take over Inboard, 100% subsidiary presently held by Siemens

Brussels, 22/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission authorised the American company Sanmina Corp to take a 49.9% stake in Inboard Leiterplattentechnologie GmbH & Co KG, a 100% subsidiary of the German company Siemens AG. Inboard manufactures complex printed circuits for various applications.
