Commission sets six month time limit for concluding negotiated agreement with automobile industry on bonnet model to reduce risks to pedestrians

Brussels, 22/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has agreed to give the automobile industry six months in which to conclude a negotiated agreement on manufacturing and testing standards in order to reduce risks to pedestrians in the event of frontal collision.
