Belgian VMS-KEYTRADE has acquired a 49% stake in the US brokerage company VIEWTRADE SECURITIES INC (turnover for 1999 over $5 billion for a managed portfolio of nearly $500 million; 30 approved brokers employed for 10,000 individual clients).
