Brussels, 25/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - European Commissioner Chris Patten considers as highly satisfactory the results of his visits to Belgrade and to Podgorica. He was able to tackle with the authorities of Serbia and Montenegro not only political issues but also the most urgent economic issues.
