25/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Lithuanian company, Achema, the only producer of urea and ammonium nitrate in Lithuania, calls on the Court of First Instance to cancel the European Commission decision of 24 March 2000 which had established a provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of urea and ammonium nitrate solutions imported from Algeria, Belarus, Lithuania, Russia and Ukraine (see EUROPE of 30 March 2000).
