Strasbourg, 25/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - Commissioners Margot Wallström and David Byrne have explained, on Tuesday in Strasbourg, before the European Parliament's Environment Committee, how the European Commission intends to work to apply by anticipation the new legislative framework for authorisations for Genetically Modified Organisms, framework which that must be born from the conciliation procedure, which opens next 8 November, between the EP and Council on the revision of the 1990...
