ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) steel

Through its Brazilian subsidiary BELGO MINEIRA, the Luxembourg steel group ARBED has concluded a strategic partnership with the Argentine steelworks ACINDAR. This partnership will take the form of BELGO MINEIRA taking an undisclosed umber of shares in the capital of ACINDAR, for $100 million.
