Brussels, 25/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - One week after the informal summit of Biarritz, European "values" as set out in particular in the European Charter of Fundamental Rights and as they stem from the existence of Economic and Monetary Union, were discussed at a colloquium organised in Brussels on 20 and 21 October by "Present European Realities" and the European Movement-Germany, with the backing of the Dresdner Bank.
