European Commission refers Germany, Austria and France before Court of Justice for non-transposition of Directives

Brussels, 03/08/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decided to refer Germany, Austria and France before the European Court of Justice for having incorrectly implemented European legislation on public procurement. These countries have not yet notified it of the application measures for the Directives aimed at taking into account the agreement relating to government procurement (GPA) concluded within the framework of the World Trade Organisation.
