Strasbourg, 06/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - By presenting, on Wednesday evening before the European Parliament, the proposed regulation establishing a Community patent (see yesterday's EUROPE pages ), the Commissioner Frits Bolkenstein underlined the importance of this new instrument for stimulating innovation in Europe.
