First "Competition day", this Friday in Lisbon, to explain Commission action to citizens - Roundtable on vehicle distribution.

Brussels, 08/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - Commissioner Mario Monti will open, this Friday in Lisbon, the first "Competition day" that must make the European Commission action more transparent and more accessible to the hundreds of millions of customers, savers, public service users and EU wokers. It concerns informing citizens on the impact of Commission decisions on their daily lives: diversity of choice, improvement of quality and reduction in prices.
