Susanne Riess-Passer, elected FPÖ leader, calls for sanctions imposed by Fourteen to be lifted

Klagenfurt, 02/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - Susanne Riess-Passer, Austrian Vice-Chancellor, was elected on May 1st as leader of the FPÖ. She won 91.5% of the votes at the 25th Party Congress in Klagenfurt. "The FPÖ continues to be Jörg Haider's party", and those who hope the party line will change are in for a disappointment, she said after her election.
