ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) agro-chemicals

French VILMORIN CLAUSE & CIE and American BALL HORTICULTURAL are to form a strategic partnership in the seed and flowering plant professional sector. The agreement mainly includes the creation on 30 June of a 50/50 joint venture between PANAMERICAN, subsidiary of the BALL group, and ELIDIA, a subsidiary of the French company.
