ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) information technology

The Swedish firm for computer services STRAALFORS has acquired a 48% stake in the capital of the French company SIACO (printed products for games). The acquisition was made on the basis of 23 euros for one SIACO share, giving the French company the value of EUR 1.3 billion. The Swedish company will then propose a public offering with a view to acquiring all the remaining shares.
