ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) motocycles

Italian motorcycle manufacturer APRILIA has announced the acquisition of its rival MOTO GUZZI for the sum of EUR 68 million. The agreement also provides for the acquisition of three commercial companies - MOTO GUZZI FRANCE, MGI MOTORCYCLE GMBH and MOTOR GUZZI NORTH AMERICA. APRILIA will also take on the debt of its rival.
