ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) automotive equipment

DELPHI (United States) has paid around USD 65 million for APDS - AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION SERVICES-, active in automotive parts in Europe. Renamed DELPHI LOCKHEED AUTOMOTIVE, the company has a workforce of 700 in five countries (Great Britain, France, Netherlands, Germany and Japan) and has annual turnover of USD 175 million.
