CLT-UFA has signed a partnership contract with RTV FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT AG, a production company specialised in children's programmes. Under the agreement, RTV will acquire more than 500 hours of programmes and CLT-UFA will receive a 4% stake in RTV plus a cash payment.
