HAVAS (French group VIVENDI) has taken over the American groups specialised in medical news THREE V HEALTH ($38 million turnover) and STAYWELL ($75 million turnover). With these acquisitions, HAVAS MEDIMEDIA will increase its turnover to FF 2.9 bn and be number three in the sector.
