Brussels, 17/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - The fate of the International Protocol on biosecurity, negotiated over five years in the framework of the United Nations Conference on Biodiveristy, will soon be sealed. Negotiations resume on Thursday 20 January in Montreal (Canada) for eight days.
