General Court of EU reduces fine imposed on Intel in September 2023 for anti-competitive practices

In a judgment handed down on Wednesday 10 December (Case T-1129/23), the General Court of the European Union reduced the fine imposed on microprocessor manufacturer Intel by the European Commission in September 2023 (see EUROPE B13256A13) as part of a dispute that began in 2009, from €376.4 million to €237.1 million.
