EU extends sanctions for serious human rights violations by 1 year

04/12/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 4 December, the Council of the European Union extended by one year, until 8 December 2026, the list of natural and legal persons and organisations subject to restrictive measures for serious human rights violations. These restrictive measures currently apply to 135 individuals and 37 entities.
