Azerbaijan blacklists President of Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe

Theodoros Rousopoulos, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, is now included on Azerbaijan’s blacklist, announced Aykhan Hadjizada, spokesperson for the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on 12 April.
