Appointment of thirteen judges to EU General Court

On Wednesday 26 March, the ambassadors of the Member States to the European Union (Coreper) officially appointed thirteen judges as part of the partial renewal of the EU General Court, with the term of office of 26 judges expiring on 31 August.

Francesco Bestagno (Italy), and Tanja Pavelin (Croatia), have been appointed judges for their first term.

The mandates of Saulius Lukas Kalėda (Lithuania), Ulf Öberg (Sweden), Tamara Perišin (Croatia), Hervé Cassagnabère and Laurent Truchot...
