CASE organises European SLAPP Contest in Brussels to denounce those who silence critical voices

21/03/2025 (Agence Europe) – CASE – the ‘Coalition against SLAPPs (‘strategic lawsuits against public participation’) in Europe’ – is preparing to host the European SLAPP Contest in Brussels on 8 April. The purpose of the event is to denounce “those who abuse the legal system in order to silence journalists, activists, and critical voices”, the organisers explained.
