Euro area inflation at 2.3% in February

Annual inflation in the euro area stood at 2.3% in February, compared with 2.5% in January, according to figures published by the Statistical Office of the European Union (Eurostat) on Thursday 20 March. In the EU, it was 2.7%, compared with 2.8% the previous month.
