ILGA-Europe identifies emblematic cases to strengthen LGBTI rights

On Thursday 20 March, the European branch of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association (ILGA-Europe) published its 2025 inventory of SOGIESC (sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, sexual characteristics) cases, listing major decisions and cases pending before the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) between 2010 and December 2024.
