05/03/2025 (Agence Europe) – A series of youth policy dialogues will be held in Brussels on Thursday 6 March between European Commissioners and young people. The High Representative/Vice-President (HR/VP), Kaja Kallas, will welcome 25 young people aged between 19 and 30 who are committed to human rights, global and climate diplomacy and peace-building. European Commissioners Jozef Síkela (International Partnerships), Roxana Mînzatu (Education, Skills and Preparation), Apóstolos Tzitzikóstas (Transport and Sustainable Tourism), Dubravka Šuica (Mediterranean), Henna Virkkunen (Technological Sovereignty) and Stéphane Séjourné (Internal Market and Services) will also be on hand to talk to young people about issues such as the EU’s links with the rest of the world, equal access to jobs, demographics, social networks and sustainable prosperity. The 27 EU Commissioners have been asked to organise such dialogues within their first 100 days in office. (FS)
