European Commission launches ‘European Board on Agriculture and Food’

On Thursday 5 December, the European Commission adopted a decision (https://aeur.eu/f/eo2) setting up the ‘European Board on Agriculture and Food’, as recommended in the report on the results of the Strategic Dialogue on the Future of Agriculture.

This is Christophe Hansen’s first specific act as Commissioner for Food and Agriculture, and he will be chairing this European Board that is devoted to agriculture.
