18/11/24 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 15 November, the European Union welcomed the holding of “peaceful, transparent, competitive and well organised” parliamentary elections in Sri Lanka on 14 November, won by President Anura Kumara Dissanayake’s left-wing coalition.
