New list of European CB RES cross-border renewable energy projects eligible for financial support has come into force

The new list of cross-border renewable energy projects (CB RES) under the Connecting Europe Facility for Energy (CEF Energy) mechanism, published on 1 October, came into force on Tuesday 22 October.

Following the addition of three further projects in July 2024 (see EUROPE B13461A2), the list now includes a total of eight projects which, thanks to their official CB RES status, are eligible for financial support for studies and works under the CEF Energy programme.
