Five representatives of European employers publish their recommendations for improving directive on posting of workers

On Thursday 17 October, five European employers’ organisations published a joint statement regarding the European directive on the posting of workers (see EUROPE B13403A15).

In May, the European Commission concluded that the 1996 directive should not be revised, but improved in certain respects.
