Setting up of new preliminary ruling chamber within General Court of EU

10/10/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 10 October, the General Court of the European Union appointed the judges who will sit, between October 2024 and October 2025, in the preliminary ruling chamber created following the revision of the Statute of the Court of Justice of the EU (see EUROPE B13309A19). This Preliminary Chamber will be presided over by the Vice-President of the General Court, the Cypriot Savvas Papasavvas, and will sit with five judges, appointed on a rotating basis...
