According to CJEU, notary is not breaching sanctions by authenticating sale of property owned by unlisted Russian company

On Thursday, 5 September, the Court of Justice of the EU (CJEU) ruled in Case C-109/23 that a notary is not breaching EU sanctions against Russia when he authenticates the sale of a property that belongs to an unlisted Russian company.
