23/08/2024 (Agence Europe) – Following a complaint lodged in July by the European track shoe industry, the European Commission announced on Friday 23 August that it was opening an anti-dumping investigation into steel track shoes imported from China. Italian manufacturer Duferco Travi e Profilati suspects these products of causing dumping. The Commission believes that there is sufficient evidence to open an investigation. Interested parties are invited to submit their comments. This is the EU’s 46th anti-dumping or anti-subsidy investigation into Chinese products.
