On eve of Bonn Conference close, negotiations on climate financing and support for developing countries falter

The end of the negotiations at the Bonn Climate Change Conference (see EUROPE B13422A1), in preparation for COP29 in Baku, Azerbaijan, is approaching, with the slim hope, on Wednesday 12 June, that the negotiations will result in major advances on climate financing.
