EU Council about to adopt negotiating position on European Maritime Safety Agency

The Council of the EU is reportedly close to reaching agreement on the new Regulation on the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA), with a view to adopting its negotiating position (‘general approach’) at the Transport Council meeting in Luxembourg on Tuesday 18 June.
