The Executive Secretary of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), Simon Stiell, called on all parties, as part of a dedicated dialogue at the Bonn Conference on Monday 10 June, to submit their first Biennial Transparency Report (BTR) this year, as a compass for achieving the Paris climate goals.
