The European Parliament has adopted its opinion on the Transfer Pricing directive, with 438 votes in favour, 99 against and 63 abstentions. MEPs opted for any future amendments to the directive to be made by means of delegated acts, in particular to limit the risk of double non-taxation (see EUROPE B13356A15).
