In the run-up to the European elections, the European branch of the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF Europe) published a survey on Wednesday 20 March assessing the commitment of European political parties to climate and environmental challenges.
Although six parties contributed, the EPP, ECR and ID groups chose not to respond directly, requiring WWF to analyse their manifestos and public statements.
