20/03/2024 (Agence Europe) – At the meeting of the Member States’ representatives to the EU on Wednesday 20 March, they confirmed the text of the provisional agreement on the regulation aimed at generalising and developing the use of digital tools and processes in EU company law (see EUROPE B13370A32).
