Following a videoconference with the Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky, the European Council is expected to emphasise once again, according to draft conclusions dated 19 March, the European Union’s determination to continue to provide Ukraine and its people with all the necessary political, financial, economic, humanitarian, military and diplomatic support “for as long as it takes and as intensely as needed” (see EUROPE B13370A1).
