EU General Court annuls sanctions against son of oligarch Dmitry Mazepin

In a judgement handed down on Wednesday 20 March (case T-743/22), the General Court of the European Union annulled the European sanctions against Nikita Mazepin, the son of Russian businessman Dmitry Mazepin.
