Wind power – more permits granted in 2023, but improvements needed to meet EU targets, according to WindEurope

In Europe, granting permits for the development of wind energy “has always been a bottleneck”, but 2023 saw an improvement with more permits granted, announced WindEurope, the European association promoting wind energy, in a press release dated Thursday 8 February.
