New Deputy Secretary General appointed at Copa-Cogeca

At the Presidium meeting on 30 January, the EU’s agricultural organisations and cooperatives (Copa-Cogeca) decided to appoint Patrick Pagani as Deputy Secretary General of Copa-Cogeca.

This decision follows the departure of Pekka Pesonen, who held the post of Secretary General of Copa-Cogeca for seventeen years. Mr Pesonen has been Permanent Secretary at the Finnish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry since 1 February.
