23/01/24 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 23 January, MEPs on the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) approved by 48 votes to 3, with 2 abstentions, the political agreement that concluded negotiations with the EU Council on 12 December (see EUROPE B13312A12) on the directive ensuring the prosecution of those who violate or circumvent EU sanctions.
