European foreign ministers call on Azerbaijan to resume peace talks

23/01/24 (Agence Europe) – The High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, announced on Monday 22 January that European foreign ministers had agreed that Azerbaijan should resume peace and normalisation talks with Armenia. “The latest territorial claims by President [of Azerbaijan, Ilham] Aliyev are very concerning”, he emphasised at the end of the Foreign Affairs Council, while Mr Aliyev once again raised the issue of the Zangezur...
